My ego, identity & world began to crumble as my Kundalini awakening showed me just how much I DIDN’T actually love myself over 2020. Instead, what I’d learned to do so well all my life was conditionally love myself. Allowing my self-perception, self-love, confidence & joy to be completely dependent on what I could achieve & prove myself as.Ā

Since the beginning of 2021, I made a decision. What if instead of waiting for the LOVE, joy & RAPTURE to come… I devoted to CREATING it in my life, starting with my relationship with myself? ā£
And so I let go of the need to prove & be anywhere else than where I was.

I held myself in my emotions as I bawled through a breakup & the most painful dark night of the soul.Ā

Hey it's me, Ella!
Formally speaking, Iām a Truth Embodiment Coach, Trainer of NLP, Hypnosis, EFT + TIME Techniques & Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

Over the last 4 years of my life, I have lead myself out of a depression, countless years of deep anxiety & an extremely toxic self-relationship. And have since stepped into the embodiment of a woman & leader who is anchored in her power.
Just a few short years ago, I could literally not even fathom the idea of being alone with my thoughts. Now, I am in the most beautifully expansive relationship of RAPTURE with myself – Truly witnessing the Goddess within & allowing her to walk this life with me š

“Before being in this experience, I was struggling with being able to trust my decisions. I would overthink every single decision in my life, career and business. I didnāt know who I was and how to show up online as āmyselfā. I thought that I had to be two different persons, but I also wasnāt comfortable showing up as my ācurrent selfā then.
